Visiting Kiev

Last week, some Fruition Partners went to Kiev for a workshop with a customer around the Service Catalogue.

It was a great time and we enjoyed this nice city. The workshop focused around the concept of the orderable Service Catalogue, dedicated to end users that need to order a good or a service to the IT department.


Fruition Partners start having an extensive experience with the Service Catalogue, its benefits and its tricks. The service catalogue can be a very powerful module to better streamline the standardized change and service requests of a company, but it also requires a lot of maturity from a process perspective.

We will provide more information in a future post about the service catalogue and the business challenges of it.
