CERN uses Service-now.com for service management
Service-now.com has recently released a nice press release about the CERN that uses the platform to automate the services provided to the CERN employees and visitors.
We are very proud to support the CERN, working with them on building their Service Portal is very interesting, as the CERN has probably the world’s most advanced service structure. Some highlights:
- Extensive use of Service-now.com’s Content Management System
- More than 20’000 services
- Extensive use of Service Portfolio with request catalog items embedded in the Business Service Catalog Item
- 4 levels of catalog structure
