I think we can say this week was a “crazy” one for all the ITSM and ServiceNow fans, addicts, followers, likers, etc. These past few days were full of exciting announcements and news from the ServiceNow Knowledge.13 conference in Las Vegas. By the way, our Fruition Partners on-site “reporters” made a great job sharing their thoughts all week long (see our Twitter timeline and #know13 hashtag). But it’s not exactly the subject I want to address today.
We all had our eyes turned towards Vegas when the most pleasing surprise of the week actually came from Zürich in the form of an interview published by Computerworld.ch. An interview of ServiceNow CEO, Frank Slootman, in which he talks about the technology behind the platform, why he thinks ServiceNow is the ERP of IT, what, in his eyes, are the particularities of the Swiss market and… yes, a mention of Fruition Partners. Here is what he said (translated from German):
“This [Recruitment] is the downside of success. To mitigate the skilled workforce shortage, we offer training and support to our partners. In Switzerland, for example, Fruition Partners makes a very good job.”
We were not expecting this and it made us feel even more proud of being a ServiceNow Partner, a nice recognition for our fifth anniversary. Five years during which qualitative work and the success of our clients were and will continue to be our goal.
Thanks Frank! We, at Fruition Partners, are looking forward to continuing this successful relationship (and hope you’ll join us for our 5th anniversary party).
P.S : You can read the entire interview (in German) here.
